Returns and Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at http://milamaxbaby.returnscenter.com. Items sent back to us without first informing us of a return will not be accepted. 

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please include the packing slip with your return. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. When returning items you may consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Contact us at http://milamaxbaby.returnscenter.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exchanges
If you need a different size please contact us as soon as possible at http://milamaxbaby.returnscenter.comProduct must be exchanged within 14 days of purchase and the product must be unworn with the tags still attached. Customer is responsible for shipping cost.
